Effective date: January 1, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding agreement between you and GMJP LLC ("GMJP", "we", "us") governing your use of our mobile applications, including Flowist, Jarify, and Lit Compass (each, the "Application"). By downloading or using the Application, you accept this EULA.
GMJP grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble; (c) rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Application; (d) remove proprietary notices; or (e) use the Application in violation of applicable law.
The Application is licensed, not sold. GMJP and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all intellectual property rights.
The Application may automatically download and install updates. These updates are covered by this EULA.
The Application may interoperate with third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
If you obtained the Application from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the additional terms of those platforms apply. Apple and Google are not parties to this EULA and are not responsible for the Application or its content; however, they are third-party beneficiaries entitled to enforce this EULA against you.
The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GMJP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.
This EULA is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
