These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, and services provided by GMJP LLC ("GMJP", "we", "us"), including Flowist, Jarify, and Lit Compass (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Services; (d) upload malicious code; or (e) infringe the rights of others.
You retain ownership of the content you create in the Services. You grant GMJP a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the Services for you.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date through the platform (Apple App Store or Google Play) where you purchased them. Refunds, where available, are handled per the platform's policies.
The Services, including all software, design, and trademarks, are owned by GMJP LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GMJP LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
